The villain is designated to have a brain.
Especially the heads, most of them are smart people.
This situation will not happen when the leader of a large faction with tens of thousands of people is like a child.
The pace of this book is slow, and you will know it after reading it. Once it's done, you won't say much about turning the pages if you want to read it.
