[An ordinary woman rises to become an interstellar seed and cyborg who saves humanity. A space-time story with a coming-of-age arc, a strong female lead, and told from her perspective.]
Yang Liwan is a customer service rep in her thirties, with retirement still a lifetime away. Every day, customers curse her out, and she has to greet them with a smile. One stormy night of overtime, she somehow boarded the 820 bus, which wasn't even supposed to be running at night.
When she opened her eyes, she had become an alien interstellar seed. Now she had to team up with a towering, muscle-bound, six-foot-four werewolf king to protect Earth's population.
The cunning Earth Dragons joined forces with evil alien races to plunder the underground city's resources. After destroying the werewolves' home, they turned their claws toward the humans on the surface. In the midst of the fighting, Yang Liwan discovered that a traitor was behind it all.
To improve their combat power, humans needed to be modified because their bodies were too fragile. Yang Liwan took part in the Pleiadians' cyborg modification program.
Hands and feet getting in the way? Cut them off! Mechanical armor? Bring it on! Superpowers? Yes, please!
Back on the battlefield, Yang Liwan goes all out as the leading lady.
Then a rival appears out of nowhere: award-winning actor Zhang Jiahe. He's also an interstellar seed, but he resists the cyborg program. Yang Liwan conceals her identity to protect him, enraging the jealous werewolf king.
Before he falls, the werewolf king finally says to Yang Liwan, "Yang Liwan, I love you."
