Playing The Sims in the World of Grimm Biology

Feels like this is being written for a niche audience (a guilty pleasure: the beginning is readable, but you can skip the rest)

Yuqi transmigrates into the world of the TV show Grimm, bringing along a house, a restaurant, a bar, and a family he created in The Sims...

What? The game's objects and creation tools still work? Great! I'll add more species and factions to this technologically backward world.

What? The Sims I invited over for parties in the game actually stay, and I can't send them back?

Yuqi: “Everything I do is to give my hapless family a better tomorrow!”

“Hank, they're all demi-humans... no, they're all Wesen, a kind of shapeshifting creature.”

“What? Male merfolk can't have children of their own? Try our fertility potion, made by the Yuqi family, so you know it's top quality!”

“Hi, everyone. This is my good friend Death, whom I met in the strange town of Strangetown. Yes, that Death.”
