Showbiz: You Asked Me to Farm, So Why Is Reba Riding My Tractor?

Gu Chen transmigrates to a parallel world and becomes a young star under Boss Yang.

His original self had spent years lazing around and giving up, and now he’s all but faded into obscurity.

To make him popular again, Boss Yang arranges for him to join the show Becoming a Farmer! with Reba as part of the support team.

At first, everyone thinks Reba is just bringing Gu Chen along to show his face and give him some exposure. Instead, the whole show becomes Gu Chen’s stage.

“Driving a tractor one-handed, solving the farming team’s problems, and tearing up the road with Reba?”

“Rapping on a tractor? Why does it sound so different from his old songs? It’s got such a great beat!”

“He killed a chicken himself and cooked a whole table of dishes for everyone? I can almost smell them through the screen!”

“Singing Rice Fragrance while playing the guitar? Since when could he sing this well?”

“He helped a ewe give birth and even wrote The Ewe’s Postpartum Care?”

Watching Reba gaze up at Gu Chen with stars in her eyes, Boss Yang is on the verge of tears.

“I was here first! Why did Reba get to him before me?”
