This is neither hard science fiction nor fantasy dressed up as science fiction. It contains science-fiction elements, but also a measure of religious theology, and neither can be left out.
It contains mild Cthulhu elements, but they’re only my own take on the Cthulhu Mythos.
The story is entirely fictional. Please don’t imitate it or believe it.
Note: This is not a horror novel. This is not a horror novel. This is not a horror novel. (We’re repeating this three times because it’s important.)
Synopsis: The hero, Xite Lei, has a peculiar constitution: whenever he goes for a night run, something is bound to happen. One night, while out running, he gets hungry and buys some food. The police mistake him for a murderer and take him away, setting off a series of absurd, hilarious events.
