A Starbound Worker: Tales from Mars

Years from now, humanity has discovered many alien civilizations. Their technology is advanced, allowing them to travel freely across the universe. But different planets inevitably mean different conflicts. No matter the era, conflict arises from the unfair distribution of resources. Inequality in resources always leads to class conflict, but it is the people at the bottom who suffer most. The protagonist is one of these downtrodden people. To survive, he has no choice but to leave home and seek work among the stars. An unintentional act draws him into events from Mars's past. In the end, he brings the Martian affair to a close amid the conflict. But what awaits him is still the vast, boundless universe.
