This book collects 480 short stories and short stories written by the famous Russian writer Chekhov from his early days in 1880 to his later years, summarizing all his novel creations. The complete collection is divided into ten volumes; the first volume contains 39 pieces written from 1880 to 1882; the second volume contains 129 pieces written from 1883 to 1884; the third volume contains 51 pieces written in 1885; the fourth volume contains 71 pieces written from 1885 to 1886, etc.

This book is great! Chekhov's novels are always so real and profound, making me feel the complexity of life and the diversity of human nature. The characters in his works are vivid, such as Ochumelov in "Chameleon", whose sentence "Where is this dog? Just kill it. Do it right away, don't delay!" It really portrays a character who adapts to the wind. After reading these books after getting married, I can better understand the experiences and feelings of the characters in the books, and it also makes me cherish my current life more. Highly recommended!
