"The Scream" is a collection of short stories by the modern writer Lu Xun. It includes 14 short stories written by Lu Xun from 1918 to 1922. It was first published in 1923 by Beijing Xinchao Press. The stand-alone version is a popularized reading version based on the compilation of "The Complete Works of Lu Xun".
