Introduction
I have worked in administration and management for more than twenty years.
I was born in the early 1950s, in the last century, and started work in the mid-to-late 1970s, in administration and management.
During my time in administration and management, I was entrusted by Party organizations on several occasions to work in the countryside. I was also assigned by the county people's government to go into rural areas and carry out education and outreach on the basic socialist line. In working to move society forward, I kept pace with the times and soon afterward helped implement the spirit of the Eleventh Party Congress. I then publicized and implemented the communique of the Third Plenum.
I initially worked in administration before moving into management. In response to the demands of management, I went deep into the front lines to work. I was sent to the countryside countless times, sometimes for extended periods, to strengthen management as needed and ensure the work was completed successfully.
Throughout my management work, I have been conscientious and honest, guided by the principle of seeking truth from facts. In pursuit of an ideal, I remained on the front lines, ensuring that the areas under my management remained safe.
I earned the respect of the people in the areas I managed. Anyone who takes on this work should do the same.
