Odile, Daughter of the Weather

After being reborn as a duke's daughter, Odell gained the [Weather] skill. It was a cheat skill that let him control the weather, but people mocked him for being unfit for the royal family. The prince broke off their engagement and banished him.

Odelle, formerly an office worker, had had enough of the narrow-minded aristocratic society. Fortunately, he set off on a journey with a beautiful maid.

Accompanied by the dragon he had defeated, Odell transmigrated across a vast desert, where he came up with the idea of building his own city.

He used the [Weather] skill to make it rain in the desert, while his maid used earth magic to build houses and till the fields, transforming the desert into a lovely village.

Word spread, and migrants arrived in droves. Before long, the village had grown into a flourishing desert town.
