Firefish

People say a fish has a short memory.

Does that mean its love lasts only a few seconds?

But, A-Liang…

Who is the fire?

Some kinds of hatred flare up fiercely and swiftly during adolescence. From the first moment You Liang saw her, she used all her meek compliance to test his plans for revenge. He thought he was carefully plotting every move, using hatred to bind them together. In the underground garden shared by the boy and the girl, he ultimately couldn’t take his heart back. She punished him for the past three years by leaving him behind. Far away in a foreign land, she ran and he chased. When the truth surfaced, she chose to put on a wedding dress for someone else. Her snow-white gown was like a mermaid’s tail. She sat on the balcony, watching the rain, when You Liang suddenly appeared and caught the lace edging of her veil. His dimples framed a smile as he said, “It’s nothing… I just want to kill you.”
