Yao Jingshu never dreamed she'd quick-transmigrate into the vicious supporting woman in a yandere novel. In the original story, the heroine schemes again and again to marry the second male lead, trying to get rid of the male lead, her fiancé, and the heroine, whom both men love. But her schemes backfire. After the male lead rises to the very top, he wipes out her entire family, then imprisons her, flays and dismembers her, and turns her into a human pig.
After transmigrating into a book, Yao Jingshu decides to mend her ways, swallow her pride, and curry favor with the male lead. She'll serve as a bridge for the leads' romance and hope he'll spare her later. But as things unfold, she discovers that the fearsome man has been reborn, sees through her little tricks, and has secretly changed his revenge plan. With war breaking out, she joins her father on campaign to save her life, rescuing the general's household from disaster herself.
But later, when she's about to die beneath an enemy soldier's blade, who is the one who nearly loses himself to rage? And who sets aside his hatred, if only for a moment, to save countless people on the frontier for her?
This novel combines quick transmigration, rebirth, ancient political intrigue, and women's growth. It takes place in a fictional era inspired by the Song and Ming dynasties, telling the story of how the heroine saves herself, her family, and her country through quick transmigration. The original heroine is also an exceptionally intelligent woman. Once she realizes the feelings between the male lead and second male lead, she puts her own emotions aside and devotes herself to building the nation: developing agriculture and trade, opening schools for women, and establishing official positions for women. She's also one of my favorite female characters.
I've started a new book! Please show it some support, friends. If you have any issues, please go easy on me. Ehehe...
