The protagonist is an ordinary otaku: a mediocre student with an unremarkable record and slightly above-average looks, but nothing dazzling. His younger sister is his complete opposite. One day, he hears a voice deep within his soul. Then, high above the clouds, he meets a group of old men. They choose Otosaka Yuu and grant him an ability, marking the beginning of his own time. He can travel to any anime world and explore the mysteries of other realms. Along the way, he makes many friends and leaves his mark across different eras. In the real world, he also transforms from an average person at the bottom of his class into a prodigy who amazes everyone and can do anything!
