Lin Ruwei thinks she’s an idiot.
Her ex-boyfriend toyed with her and deceived her for three years. To force her to leave, he drove her parents to their deaths.
At her parents’ funeral, her ex-boyfriend’s illegitimate son of an uncle makes a grand entrance and claims her. They marry in a flash, then make a dramatic appearance at her ex-boyfriend’s engagement party.
Her ex: “Lin Ruwei, what are you trying to do?”
Lin Ruwei: “Sorry, you’ll have to call me Auntie.”
As it turns out, her husband married her because her ex was marrying the woman he loved.
Lin Ruwei: “To hell with him! He can love whoever he wants. I don’t care about either of them. All I want is revenge.”
Once everything is settled, she hands him divorce papers. But he drops to one knee. “Wife, I was wrong.”
