Qing Transmigration into Dream of the Red Chamber: I Carry the Team with My System

System + pocket dimension

Also known as: The One Who Planned to Retire Ended Up Becoming Empress Dowager

Lin Lang is saved by the System as she dies taking the Zombie Emperor down with her, and becomes Lin Ruhai’s eldest daughter. To replenish the System’s energy and return to her own world, she decides to complete its ultimate mission.

System: What’s our mission?

Lin Lang: Save the world???

System: Retire and enjoy your golden years!!!

Lin Lang: Easy!

Later:

Lin Lang gives her parents gene-enhancement serum, then plans to spook them with a few tricks so she can lie flat at home and enjoy a peaceful retirement for the rest of her life.

System: Host, the Lin family belongs to the Han Eight Banners. You have to enter the imperial selection...

Lin Lang plans to take medicine and pretend to be ill to avoid the selection.

Kangxi directly assigns her to Prince Yong’s residence as a secondary consort...

Lin Lang flips the table. So much for retiring! You’re clearly making me work my way up to Empress Dowager!!!

So Lin Lang rolls up her sleeves and gets ready to throw herself into the rat race, planning to tackle the household intrigues first, then the palace intrigues.

But before she can handle Yinzhen, she wins over the Fourth Prince’s principal consort. With the consort taking charge and playing favorites, household power struggles are nothing to worry about.

Having a child not only deals with Consort De, but also clears Yinzhen’s name.

Before Yinzhen even takes the throne and elevates his beloved consorts’ status, Lin Lang presents a formula that gets Kangxi to elevate the status of the entire family.

Without needing any System missions, Lin Lang blazes through the story, carrying the System all the way and becoming the emperor’s true favorite.

Then, with stars in her eyes, she counts down to Yongzheng’s death every day...

P.S. The heroine feels nothing for Yongzheng, though she knows all the tricks... A dead ex is the best ex, and for Lin Lang, the same goes for her current one.

P.P.S. The story’s take is that Yongzheng should count as a good emperor, but that doesn’t stop him from being a bastard of a man...
