The protagonist, Xiang Dongliu, was born in the 21st century into a Hong Kong family renowned for fortune-telling. During a violent storm, he transmigrated to the Qin dynasty, where he met Liang Xiaoyue of the Carefree Sect. Sadly, their happiness did not last.
