Your Majesty, Your Coroner Has Dissected Another Corpse

[A scatterbrained, doted-on forensic coroner who takes no interest in anything and only wants to see a haunted place for herself VS a seemingly carefree down-and-out prince who plays the pig to eat the tiger]

Su Beiqi’s curiosity about corpses led her to open her eyes and get mixed up with the constable Li Xu. Together, they solved all kinds of strange cases. Little did she know that he would transform, don a dragon robe, and rise above everyone else.

She raised both hands in surrender. “Stay away from me! I just want to be a carefree coroner!”

Li Xu chuckled. “Then do you still want half my meat bun?”

Su Beiqi wore a roguish grin. “I do! And move your butt over to make room for me on half the dragon throne!”

Later…

The court officials jointly petitioned: “Your Majesty, please stop letting the Empress dissect corpses in front of us!”
