On the day a meteor struck Earth, the world changed beyond recognition. A mysterious space formed near the impact site, known as the Dream Realm. After falling into a deep sleep, some people were drawn into the Dream Realm and gained special abilities in their dreams. They came to be known as Dream Ability Awakeners.
Han Xing was an ordinary high school student leading an uneventful life. Then one day, he had a bizarre, vivid dream. In it, he found himself being chased by a group of strange creatures. They looked like monsters combining the features of dinosaurs and insects, with immense strength and vicious attacks. Han Xing was forced to run for his life, but eventually found himself cornered.
At the brink of life and death, Han Xing suddenly felt a strange energy surging inside him. He tentatively swung a fist, only to find that the air around him seemed to split apart. Growing confident, he began cutting down the creatures and searching for a chance to test his abilities.
As the battle in his dream continued, Han Xing gradually mastered his Dream Ability. He could use his special power to fight all kinds of monsters, and gradually unlocked even more powerful abilities. But he also began to realize that he wasn't the only one who had awakened in a dream. Others had gained special abilities in their dreams as well.
A middle-aged man and a young man from the police station told Han Xing that he was a Dream Ability Awakener. They invited him to join a secret organization devoted to exploring the Dream Realm and studying the origins and effects of Dream Abilities. Han Xing hesitated, but ultimately accepted the invitation and began his adventure in the world between dreams and waking.
