Transmigration: The Rise of the Northern Continent

A nuclear war erupted in the 22nd century. Qin Min, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, bore the brunt of the nuclear strike. He thought he was doomed, but unexpectedly transmigrated to a planet much like Earth, appearing in a valley resembling the Rocky Mountains of North America in his previous life. There, he activated a Super System, and one surprise followed another. After exploring the world, he discovered that its technology was roughly on par with that of 1930 in his previous life. The world was also in turmoil, with a major war on the verge of breaking out. With the System's help, Qin Min rose from nothing in the Rocky Mountains, secretly building up his forces and planning several moves ahead. When no opportunity presented itself, he created one, silently vowing never to let the tragedy of his previous life happen again.
