Yu Ruomu accidentally transmigrated into the body of the Six-Eared Macaque and got saddled with a damned System that insisted he replace Sun Wukong and complete the Journey to the West.
As a terminally lazy man, Yu Ruomu naturally had no intention of working himself to the bone, so he firmly rejected the System's proposal. He decided to lie low until the twenty-first century before making his move.
Helpless, the System had to humble itself to stay alive, fawning over its Host in every way it could.
What Yu Ruomu never expected was that, by sheer chance, he would still end up on the pilgrimage, where he met Tang Xuanzang, a fellow transmigrator and an absolute goofball.
He even swore brotherhood with Sun Wukong and Tang Xuanzang.
And so, the troublemaking trio was born on the journey west.
