In order to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the War to Resist U. S. Aggression and Aid Korea, Li Yucun wrote the book "Memories of a Veteran to Resist U. S. Aggression and Aid Korea" based on his personal experience in the War to Resist U. S. Aggression and Aid Korea and his experience as a field reporter, in order to promote the revolutionary heroism spirit of the volunteer army officers and soldiers who "are not afraid of hardship and death" and commemorate those who sacrificed their lives in the Korean War.
