How Did You Become a Sect Master?

(Fantasy, no System, traditional, passionate, decisive and ruthless, plot-driven, imperial strategy, domination of another world)

Jiang Ming transmigrates unexpectedly and becomes the head of a sect.

But being sect leader is no easy task. The sect is a hopeless mess.

The elders above refuse to obey him, and the disciples below resent him.

Even his own grandmother rules from behind the curtain, holding the sect's power in her hands.

His enormous sect is, in name, his own, but he is little more than a puppet leader. Every so often, someone even tries to kill him and take his place.

Jiang Ming is at his wits' end. He can't help asking after his predecessor:

What the hell were you doing as sect leader?
