No one thought there was anything wrong with that. They were a perfect match, a talented young man and a beautiful young woman. The two had only ever crossed paths over their studies, until Wen Jinyi accidentally discovered another side of Shen Qiyue. Then everything changed. In a corner of the school, Shen Qiyue’s uniform shirt was rumpled and stained with blood in several places. He held a baseball bat, and the person on the ground was too battered to recognize. Wen Jinyi had followed a stray cat from school over there and stumbled upon the scene.
