Appreciate the creative styles of outstanding contemporary Chinese writers and overview the main achievements of contemporary literary creation. In order to demonstrate the achievements of literary creation since the founding of the People's Republic of China and promote the further development and prosperity of our country's socialist literature, we have successively edited and published the "Selected Series of Chinese Contemporary Writers". This series of books selects short stories, short stories, poems, essays and other representative works of writers who have made important achievements in literary creation since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Each person has one episode, each episode has about 350,000 words, and is accompanied by the author's photos, handwriting and a catalog of major works, so as to be connected with the "Selected Series of Modern Chinese Writers" co-edited by our agency and Hong Kong Joint Publishing Bookstore to form a complete series. From each episode, readers can see a certain writer's basic creative outlook and creative achievements. Together, we can generally get an overview of the basic features and main achievements of contemporary literary creation in our country. This book selects five of the author's excellent novellas and four essays, representing the author's creative achievements and artistic style in addition to his novels.
