The nine states in this book are taken from the pre-Qin classic "Shang Shu Yu Gong": Jizhou, Yanzhou, Qingzhou, Xuzhou, Yangzhou, Jingzhou, Yuzhou, Liangzhou, and Yongzhou are nine states in total. The administrative divisions are mostly taken from the divisions of the Han Dynasty, but their jurisdictions and histories are all fictitious. I hope everyone knows.
