Big Class, Little Class

This is the story of a female university class adviser. It explores the choices she faces between her career and family, as well as her gradual growth. It covers students dropping out because they are unhappy with their assigned majors, providing support to students in financial hardship, dealing with students who skip class for extended periods, handling cases where family emergencies prevent students from attending school, and building a strong class community.
