The Unlucky Egg Transmigrates to Become a Second Wife

Some people don't understand. Does the male protagonist have an ex-wife? It's not that the baby is a substitute for marriage, or it's a continuation of the relationship. Also, the male protagonist likes Wan'er, so why not go find Wan'er quickly? The male protagonist didn't explain anything about the substitute marriage, and he didn't tell the female protagonist what future arrangements he would make when he came back, so he just put it off. It would be too unethical to fantasize about Wan'er again when he had nothing to do.
