The subject matter is quite good. I would have given it five stars originally, but the main character is prone to kneeling at every turn, so I lost one star. Also, this is a fantasy novel about gods, with half of the modern literature added in, giving people a nondescript feeling, and missing one star [you taste it carefully] [you taste it carefully] [you taste it carefully] [you taste it carefully]
Another point I have about this book is that the author is not thorough enough about "Evil"! Normally speaking, only the righteous ones are mainly gold! For example, the protagonist is studying "Evil", shouldn't it be mainly gray? Also, the protagonist's behavior can't be called "evil", right? [Thinking][Thinking][Thinking]
