The agent Su Yuan transmigrated into the body of a legitimate daughter of the prime minister’s household who shared her name. The bad news was that she had to fulfill the deceased woman’s final wish within a month, or her body would rot.
Guided by the principle that nothing in life comes for free, Su Yuan sets out to fulfill the deceased woman’s wishes one by one.
And so Su Yuan becomes a bride sent to bring good luck to the blind, wheelchair-bound Crown Prince. It is only when enemies come to assassinate him that she realizes he has been playing the fool to catch his enemies all along.
Su Yuan gazes at her prominently rounded belly and asks curiously, “Which matchmaker said the Crown Prince was lame, blind, and impotent?”
He grins mischievously. “I told the matchmaker to say that!”
It was well written, but the ending was too perfunctory.
