“Do you want to touch Bone Spirit’s wings?
Do you want to tug on Fox Beauty’s tail?
Do you want to pull on Flying Swallow Girl’s ponytail?
Then what are you waiting for? Beat me, and they’ll all be yours.”
Mu Chen’s irresistibly tempting voice rang in the Demon King’s ear.
Before he could answer, the lovestruck Tiger-Head Monster charged at him, gripping an iron warhammer and swinging it hard.
A sly grin lifted the corner of Mu Chen’s mouth. He quickly dodged to the side. “Hold on. Sign this wager first.”
After looking at the silk cloth Mu Chen tossed him, the Tiger-Head Monster signed his name without a second thought.
The Demon King, however, read the terms and looked at Mu Chen suspiciously. “You’re sure you won’t use any battle skills against us? And if you lose, you’ll hand over the treasure map and give us a hundred thousand taels of gold?”
The Tiger-Head Monster hurriedly added, “And give me those three beauties?”
Mu Chen nodded at once. “This contract bears the mark of the Supreme God. Even if I wanted to welch, I couldn’t.”
Only then did the Demon King set aside his doubts and sign the silk cloth.
Seeing that the two had taken the bait, Mu Chen breathed a sigh of relief. “Are you two ready?”
At his words, the pair froze for a moment, then felt a foreboding creep over them.
Mu Chen casually waved his hand. Three thousand silver-armored soldiers descended from the sky, led by thirty golden-armored divine guards, and surrounded the two of them.
Mu Chen cleared his throat. “Are you two going to admit defeat now, or wait until they’ve beaten you up first?”
The two stared blankly at the heavenly soldiers and generals before them. “Mu Chen, you shameless swindler!”
