Announcement: If you're mainly here for the romance, start with Volume Two!
Start reading from Volume Two, “So Charming.”
[Younger woman × puppyish male lead!!!] A beautiful, younger noblewoman × a gentle, dog-like crown prince
After Li Shiyan is rejected when he confesses because he is the crown prince,
the crown prince of the dynasty throws a little fit, looking like a wronged young wife, and insists Song Mozhi take responsibility.
When his “playing the victim” gets him nowhere, he seems to give up,
and resolutely volunteers to lead a campaign.
But when he returns victorious, the once spirited crown prince
has become a cripple!
The officials impeach him one after another,
since the heir to the throne must be physically whole, and a new crown prince must be chosen.
Everyone is frantic,
yet the crown prince happily trots off to knock on the commandery princess's door,
and says with a delighted smile:
“Zhizhi, I'm about to stop being the crown prince. Can I marry you now?”
The heroine is beautiful, clever, and strong-willed.
The hero is devoted, gentle, and a big puppy.
All in all, this is a sweet, angst-free story about a crown prince's unrequited love and his everyday pursuit of the woman he loves.
A few things to know:
1. Volume One, “He Sees the Green Hills,” mainly introduces the heroine's background and lays the groundwork for later plot points.
If you prefer sweet stories, feel free to start right from Volume Two, “So Charming”! It's all sweetness!
2. The hero doesn't really become a cripple! Don't worry~
The author is a heroine fan and can't bear to put her girl through hardship, so hero fans, read at your own risk, hehe.

4. Happy reading, everyone! [Heart]
The author's writing is really good. I feel that the writing is very sophisticated. Is it based on the Tang Dynasty? The characters are very distinct. Empress Shu and Lord Qin are really upset and crying😭The heroine and His Royal Highness are also very in line with the budding state of adolescent boys and girls. I originally thought this was a sweet novel (the introduction made me think it was just sweet), but I was so careless! After reading the first chapter, you will think wow, it is so well written, and the life experience of the heroine even made me cry.
