Looking for a Good Read: A Principled, Determined Protagonist Who Fights to Grow
The protagonist has firm principles, like Shinichi Izumi in Parasyte. Even when he knows he isn't entirely in the right, he still stands by his convictions without wavering. There is a battle of wits, strategic planning, and a smart protagonist who can tell right from wrong and distinguish good from evil, gratitude from grudges. Struggle, perseverance, growth, and hope.
