I've been writing for over a decade, and I don't think I'm good at following the current trends and churning out formulaic stories.

I've been through a lot, and I've always believed that Wang Yangming's teachings and the country's founding ideals are the core of our strength. But I've also seen far too much darkness. I've experienced plenty in real life, and I can't help feeling that China's rise over these past few decades has been nothing short of a dream. So I drew on what I've heard in real life to write this book, the final volume of the third series. I hope I can do it justice.
