Traditional fantasy, no harem, political intrigue. A thousand years ago, visitors from beyond the heavens claimed to be gods and wreaked havoc upon the world. Fortunately, the Human Emperor joined forces with the three great religions to battle the gods and restore peace to the mortal realm. A thousand years later, the gods return, but the Human Emperor is dead and the sages are on the verge of collapse. Just as all living beings despair, a young man rises from humble beginnings and swings his sword to slay the gods.
