Youth: The Best of You and Me

A warm little sunshine of a bottom @ a proud, warm, mature top.

Four years ago, Xi Shu pushed away the person he loved most, setting him free to soar. He even prepared himself for the possibility that the other man might never return.

To Wu Sili, who was willing to give up his hobbies and future for him, Xi Shu said, “Go to Kyoto. See what the outside world is like, and how it’s different from Linchuan. See if there are people or things there you might like more, okay?”

Leave me. Leave this place. Only then can you welcome new people and new things, and truly start a new life.

Four years later, Wu Sili holds Xi Shu’s hand tightly and tells him, “I’ve seen so many people and so much scenery, but to me, you’re still the best person. And everything we’ve been through together is still the most beautiful scenery.”

In Wu Sili’s eyes, Xi Shu is mature and dependable, able to put his pride aside and shoulder his responsibilities. Calling him “a pillar of strength” doesn’t begin to do him justice. It turns out that someone really can be as warm and bright as a little sun. When Xi Shu meets Wu Sili and his beloved Doraemon, he truly wants to press his hands together and say, “Thank you, Heaven, for your kindness.”

This is a story of two people saving each other, waiting for each other, and finally learning to trust each other. I’m always willing to cross any distance to love you. Even when I think there’s no hope, I can still love you with all my heart and gaze at the mountains until I’m lost in them.
