Zhang Yuan was a loser of a college student who worked part-time delivering takeout for his girlfriend, constantly doing whatever it took to please her. By chance, he became a divine takeout courier, delivering food to all manner of gods.
From then on, Zhang Yuan embarked on a path to turn his life around, and there was no stopping him!
He challenged Hou Yi for Chang'e;
Asked the Earth God for a house;
Became sworn brothers with the God of Wealth;
Hired Guan Yu as his bodyguard;
Had the Kitchen God cook him a feast in person;
Demanded more years of life from the King of Hell's Book of Life and Death;
So this is what being a divine takeout courier is like? This is amazing!
