Keigo Higashino's novel, published in simplified Chinese, writes about the darkness and beauty of human nature from a suspenseful incident. How can a stage play without a script allow seven actors to risk their entire lives? Seven actors came to a B&B to rehearse an unscripted stage play for four days. They have to pretend to be trapped in an isolated mountain villa due to heavy snow. As long as they contact the outside world, they will be disqualified from participating in the show. The night before, actress Atsuko disappeared. On the second night, actress Yuri Jiang disappeared. Everyone just thought it was the director's arrangement, but they found a bloody vase that shouldn't have been there, and everything went into chaos. Could this not be an act at all, but someone really trying to kill them? Everyone began to suspect each other and quarrel fiercely. Some people played detectives, some joined forces to create alibi, and some took advantage of the chaos to express their feelings to the person they loved. Just as wariness and suspicion filled the air, another person disappeared.

This book was such an eye-opener for me! Just like Agatha Christie's "None Survived", it is full of suspense and surprises. Each character has their own secrets and motivations that will keep you guessing until the end. Keigo Higashino's descriptions are very delicate. For example, the scene about the mountain village closed by heavy snow made me feel like I was trapped there. I particularly like a sentence in the book: "Deep in a person's heart, there is a darkness that even oneself does not know." This reminds me of the character Yukiho in "White Night Walk". She is beautiful on the surface, but there is a deep darkness hidden in her heart. All in all, this is a wonderful mystery novel worth reading!
It's wonderful, and many of the twists and turns are very unexpected. I specially opened a membership just to read this book. It's really well written. It would be better if it was longer [crying] [crying] [crying]
The reasoning is very reversed. I once thought the murderer was Takako, but I didn't expect it to be poor Yami [I almost cried]. The stronger the person on the surface, the softer and more fragile they are on the inside. Fortunately, there is Honda Yuichi who loves her, and everyone performs this drama together, so that she will never give up on herself. Everyone in the drama has a rich heart.
It is simply a game within a game. Asakura has a grudge because of many factors such as losing the drama. Kasahara, Motomura, Amamiya and Honda are willing to avenge her because they like Asakura. But in the end, Honda can't do it and chooses to confess to the three of them. The three of them also realize their mistakes and feel ashamed of Asakura. The reasoning show of Kuga, a boring guy, is also very exciting. Tadokoro and Nakanishi just make up the numbers~
No matter what, I will accompany you to perform this scene.
Hello vvv just take a look
I will accompany you until the end
It turns out that I am still very smart. It's not my fault that the murderer was not found [awkward laughter]
After seeing the scene, I intuitively guessed it was Honda, but I didn't know what an alibi was, and I didn't expect that it was "certainly" him.
The plot design is very clever and the twists are also very powerful.
It's very interesting to read, and every idea is very clever. When I was watching it, I felt that it seemed familiar to me, and then I remembered that I had seen a video clip of this book before. All in all, it was very good.
Reversal and reversal, unexpected, reasonable, not bad!
Needless to say, I opened a membership because of this book. It's so beautiful.
I guessed that Yuichi Honda was the murderer, and I also guessed that he wanted to avenge Masami, but I didn't expect that the three of them were pretending to be dead.
It's okay. Many cases are tragedies caused by a small incident. Fortunately, no one really died in the end. It's a family-friendly plot.
Except for the long name which is difficult to remember clearly, everything else is great!

Every reversal is amazing beyond my imagination!
