An orphan adopted by an old newspaper seller turns out to be a prince from outer space. After years of being bullied and mocked, he steps in to help someone in trouble and becomes a target of street thugs, who beat him mercilessly. After drowning his sorrows in drink, disheartened and frustrated, he slowly awakens the unusual genes within him. A “interstellar assassin” hiding out at the home of Wang Zhilan, the heroine on Blue Sea Star, notices him and recognizes his identity. The assassin leads him into a new life of pursuit, and from then on he takes one step at a time toward becoming a king.
