Gardenias on a Summer Night

Song Zhizi was born in summer, when the gardenias bloomed, and died as summer came to an end. That summer began with Song Zhizi saying, "Let me buy you some lemon tea," and from then on, a girl's feelings blossomed wildly. Song Zhizi and Xia Mingyuan had secret crushes on each other, but never found the courage to confess. In the end, Xia Mingyuan lives in a garden full of gardenias, forever trapping himself in that midsummer night's dream.
