A story about Xu Qiao, a thirty-year-old man who dies and finds himself in another world, where he uses a corner-store System to help his family prosper and change the course of history.
Steady but mischievous gong × resilient shou full of vitality
A gong-centric story featuring a male character who can bear children. Please check the tags if that’s not for you.
I originally planned to put this in the afterword, but my author level isn’t high enough to write one, so I’m putting it here in the synopsis instead.
About readers feeling that Xu Qiao doesn’t deal with Xu Cao’er and is too timid about it: 1. My setup is that Xu Qiao is a thirty-year-old man, while Xu Cao’er is only a teenager. So he targets her parents, since they’re minor cannon fodder who don’t appear again later. I planned to write in the afterword that after Xu Qiao and the others return to the village, I’d briefly mention what happened to Xu Cao’er’s family. Basically, at Xu Qiao’s suggestion, the entire village would ostracize them. Everyone else in the village would get rich, while her family remained destitute, and Xu Cao’er would be sold by her parents. 2. I wrote this book off and on for over two years. It was my first book, and I had no outline, just writing wherever my ideas took me. So the structure may not be very rigorous, and I also think I didn’t write it very well.
3. I’m really grateful to everyone who left me comments. I hope you’re happy every day and that everything goes your way forever! ✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و
