The Little Palace Painter Just Wants to Retire with Honors

[Transmigration, sweet romance, comedy, woman disguised as a man, court politics] After transmigrating, Song Yuwei made a name for herself as an erotic artist, doing exceptionally well. She thought she’d make a fortune, but the current emperor started hunting her down and banning her work. With no other choice, she disguised herself as a man and took the court painter exam. Her plan was to enter the palace, draw a government salary, get herself an official post, and become an excellent slacker until her glorious retirement. In her spare time, she could secretly draw a few erotic books and earn a nice bit of extra money. A comfortable life was just around the corner! Who could have guessed that everything that followed would be beyond her expectations? She encountered: The domineering, arrogant emperor: “It seems men can be together too.” The handsome, gifted painter: “We’re both men. There’s no harm in sleeping together.” The wickedly charming, overbearing prince: “You draw me every day. I want to draw you, too.” The easygoing, straightforward prince of the Northern Di: “Why not become my male consort?” … … Why are all the men she meets haunting her every step? I just want to draw and retire in glory! Oh, no… This is bad! My secret identity could be exposed at any moment! Maybe I should make a run for it! “Your Majesty, perhaps I should resign after all?” “Want to leave? Now that you’ve entered the palace, you’ll die in the palace!” Wait, don’t come any closer!!
