This Little Taoist Is Going to the Heavens

A little Taoist boy named Su He longs to see what lies above the clouds, but he isn't even qualified to climb the mountain. Ignoring his companions' taunts, he makes up his mind: no matter how many hardships and dangers lie ahead, he'll give it everything he's got and make it to the top.

But when the day finally comes, he learns that the truly powerful immortals are up in the clouds. Suddenly, he has no idea what to do. There's no way he can get there. It was all a lie, a beautiful illusion dangled before all the little people.

At last, one day, he gets his wish and enters the clouds. But the mountain is full of old fogeys. They're ancient monsters who have lived for thousands of years. If he wants to take one of their places, he'll have to wait at least another three thousand years.

Looking at these old immortals, he finally understands: he took a wrong turn. Being a little Taoist boy was actually pretty good.
