(I haven't abandoned the book, I am coding on a stand-alone machine)
When home isolation becomes a cage trapped in an isolated island, when infected people grow plant tentacles——
On the seventh day of the lockdown, the sound of plastic-steel windows creaking and deforming came from downstairs.
Through the peephole, I saw my neighbor in a floral skirt kneeling in front of the security door. The vines seeping out of her eye sockets were growing along the crack of the door. When she turned her head, half a bud was still stuck to her tongue.
We thought it was just another flu
Until there was a broadcast from the hospital that "recovered patients were infected again".
What is more terrifying than the virus is the law of survival that is gradually getting out of control in the reinforced concrete forest——
When the last door is about to be breached, we understand:
This disaster was never "humanity versus virus" -
We have already been the selected nutrients in the reinforced soil.

This is my first novel. I chose the theme of the zombie apocalypse mainly because I was inspired by "The Walking Dead" when I was young. I thought it was very shocking, so I came into contact with many books and movies about the apocalypse.
The reason I really wanted to write such a novel was because one night I had been looking for a novel for a long time, and suddenly I suddenly had the idea to write it myself. After reading everyone's stories for so long, I would like to ask everyone to listen to my story.
I wanted to be as close to reality as possible, so I was stuck in the creative process for more than a year. During this time, no matter how I continued writing, I felt that it was not the story I originally wanted to write.
So I overturned the previous structure, deleted about 100,000 words, and started again.
There is no absolute protagonist in the story I want to tell. Everyone is the protagonist in their own plot.
But as a new author after all, I am very aware that my writing style and logic have obvious flaws. If there are some areas that are not handled well, you are welcome to point them out and I will absorb suggestions as appropriate based on my own understanding.
Anyway, if you see this, please give me some patience. I am confident that if you read fifty chapters, you will be able to feel the story and world view I want to unfold. Try not to skip the text. I think there are a lot of foreshadowings in the first fifty chapters.
It is precisely because the world view is a bit big and there are many new settings for zombies. It took me a lot of time to create some special infected people. Sometimes "zombie" is not just "zombie". My writing power seems not enough to support such a grand story, so I always think back and forth when writing, and the writing is very slow and easy to get stuck.
But I will definitely finish it!
Although I have only read Chapter 4, I have confirmed that this is a zombie novel that I will like. There is no exaggerated and mindless zombie-fighting plot, and there are no inexplicable superpowers. Starting from the perspective of an ordinary person, starting from the initial anomaly, and trying to incorporate scientific explanations, it makes people feel even more frightened when they think about it. It's the type of zombie novel I've always liked! Support the author
It's pretty, not bad.
A rare good book on the apocalypse genre
I have only read the first few scenes so far, but the feeling of the impending doomsday is well rendered. It is the best among the beginnings of apocalyptic novels I have read. Book a good book. Good luck to the author👍🏻
Very good, a masterpiece!
It's rare to see such a beautiful apocalyptic article! Like, favorite, comment, one-stop service
Come on, come on, come on
The content is okay, but I always feel like the sheep is insulting my intelligence.
It's well written, but makes me feel so miserable
Come on brother, write well, I'm reading it
It's very interesting and realistic. Some of the sentences are eye-catching. However, because the update has been stopped for two years, the data is not very good. Come on, the author.
The author's setting is undoubtedly advanced, and he cleverly uses photosynthesis to avoid the unreasonableness of the zombie's perpetual motion machine. [Praise]
A very nice group portrait novel, the author must stick to it [cry][cry]
The pace is quite good, the plot is compact and not procrastinating, the subject matter is relatively novel and close to life, the writing style is very concise and not verbose. It's good to read and read more quickly! Come on Mr. Cheese!
Support me, although the interpersonal relationships are a bit idealistic, the settings are pretty good [Like][Like][Like]
