The protagonist, Shi Chen, accidentally transmigrates to the Primordial World, only to land on a deserted island. He has to find food and water while fending off attacks from ferocious beasts. Once he finally leaves the island, he discovers that even a thousand-year-old transforming flood dragon in the outside world is no match for a tree on the island.
