Don't Chicken Out, Just Go for It

Xie Yi was at a loss about what to do with the clingy little thing who always acted cute whenever he did something wrong.

What could he do? What else could he do?

He had to spoil his own, didn’t he?

One day, Fu Jixu came back unexpectedly.

Xie Yi glanced at the thing in his hand and frowned. “Is that a duck or a goose?”

“Ah, I don’t know.” Fu Jixu picked it up and turned it over for a look. It had white feathers and a long, slender neck.

“Try calling it. If it answers, it’s a goose,” Fu Jixu joked.

“Goose, goose, goose…”

…

Xie Yi smiled lazily at the big white goose flapping around on the ground and asked, “Where are you going to keep it?”

“Keep it? We’re making iron-pot stewed goose.” Fu Jixu clapped his hands and replied offhandedly.

“You know how to cook it?”

“No.”

Xie Yi: …

…

Later, someone teased the goose and got chased all over the place.

Tugging at the man’s clothes with tears of embarrassment, he pointed at the goose stretching its long neck and pleaded miserably, “Brother Xie, help me butcher it.”
