Just like the friends around me, some people are very rigorous in doing things, while others are very casual. I didn't quite understand why this happened before, but now I know it may be related to their Enneagram personality type. Moreover, understanding the Enneagram can also help us get along with others better. For example, for perfect people, we need to respect their high standards, but also remind them not to be too harsh. All in all, this is a very enlightening book and worth reading.
