After Reading This, I Can Become Half a Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
I would like to read a book similar to "Energy Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine". It's not a novel, it's just a systematic analysis of Chinese medicine from ancient times to the present. Those with a certain medical foundation will definitely gain a lot!

I highly recommend this book. I feel that this book is particularly interesting. It uses a combination of text and comics to make it easier to understand. The language is easy to understand and it is good at giving examples, which makes it more convincing. The chronic pharyngitis mentioned in it was said to be incurable when I went to the doctor before, but after hearing Dr. Rabbit's method, I felt very benefited. After reading this book, I became more interested in Chinese medicine. Thank you very much to the author [blowing kiss][blowing kiss]
Actually, my original plan tonight was to read a book about philosophy. However, I came across this book by chance, and it was related to the traditional Chinese medicine content that I was interested in, so I started reading it. I think the quality of a book for me is whether it can be read, whether it can trigger thinking, give reasons, and provide some valuable knowledge. So obviously this book has done that. In fact, this should be considered the second book review. Because when I first wrote my 1,600-word review of the book, I accidentally cleared the background and lost my thoughts, so I could only elaborate on part of the content. The book is divided into two books. The first one mainly talks about the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. This book tells about the twelve hours of a day, what hours, and what organs are functioning. I just remember to eat from 7 to 9 in the morning, have lunch at 11, and go to bed before 11 in the evening. Including the philosophy of why people should not stay up late and go to bed before eleven o'clock. For contemporary young people, they always feel that the time during the day does not belong to them, and they stay up late at night as a revenge. But others tell us that staying up late is not good and is harmful to the body. But I would take advantage of my youth and good health and not see any obvious illness or anything like that to disapprove. The book describes the functioning of various organs after eleven o'clock. This is like planting an anchor in my heart. Whenever I stay up late, I will recall the contents of the book to persuade myself. I like that the book uses four masters and apprentices to compare the five elements and the various attributes of the internal organs. It is lively and interesting. Including some of the dampness, blood heat, essence, blood stasis, etc. Described in the book, they are all completely consistent with some of my own symptoms. For example, the author's description of dry skin is like snowflakes... Many people don't pay attention to dry skin. They always think that it is caused by not washing it off in the shower, not applying more body lotion, and not drinking more water. For me, who must be dry every autumn and winter, the above method does not work for me at all. It won't take long to apply more body lotion, but you will still get snowflakes when you scratch it. However, if I drink some water, it will be excreted directly without being absorbed. This is another one in this book, but I don't remember what it's called. It's probably related to body fluids. The second book is in the form of a pure ramble, humorous and resonant. Just like if someone who is handsome is flirting, someone who is ugly is sexual harassment. What can I say, I do have this idea. Of course, we can't judge a person's quality by his appearance. I am superficial, so please forgive me. In addition, if there are so-called symptoms in the book that you feel are correct, please seek medical treatment offline and do not self-medicine. In general, it is very good for those who like to read Chinese medicine books. The only drawback is that the author has many books on traditional Chinese medicine, and I don't know the exact order in which to read them. The above is just my personal subjective opinion after studying, and I hope to understand and tolerate it.
It is humorous, easy to understand, and a lot of the content is really practical. Only if you understand Chinese medicine can you talk about health preservation, you still need to know some basic knowledge.
This book by Lazy Rabbit really introduces in detail the common problems that Chinese medicine can solve in our lives. If you refer to the prescriptions, you must be able to identify your own body constitution. Chinese medicine is different from person to person. The principle is very simple. Many pharmacological theories are in conflict with each other, so we still need to choose carefully. However, this book really allows us to clearly understand some basic knowledge of our own body. I highly recommend everyone to calm down and read this book in your spare time😃
Thoughtful, reasonable, lazy rabbit, a man's ideal woman. If you can be a good person, a good child, a good parent, and know how to start a family and build a career, then you will be the ideal perfect person. Thumbs up!
I particularly like the maintenance methods described in the book, which I find very practical. And I also learned a lot about Chinese medicine! However, my favorite is the naughty lazy rabbit, it always makes me happy. These two books are an absolute source of joy for me!
It is a very good popular science book on traditional Chinese medicine. It is very friendly for a novice like me to learn from scratch. The book uses comics and the language is simple and humorous. However, after all, it is a profound and profound book about traditional Chinese medicine. I still need to re-read it several times to fully understand it.
Haha, the writing is easy to understand, it's great
It's interesting, but I can't fully understand it.
Traditional Chinese medicine really treats people and their symptoms. Its breadth and profoundness make me afraid to start using it casually.
It would be best to recommend a few must-read books for learning Chinese medicine, so that novices can also fall in love with learning Chinese medicine!
Chapters 2 and 3 of the first half are better to read and more interesting, and then the second half "I just like to see you laugh" is also good. It is good to read and relax in your spare time. Just like the author said, if life cannot make you laugh, then laugh at life.
