This book touched me very much. It uses real cases to tell us the importance of emotional control. Trivial things in life may cause big conflicts, so we must learn to avoid unnecessary worries. The author's writing is simple and easy to understand, just like chatting with a friend. The cases in the book are also very close to life, allowing me to learn how to better control my emotions. I like this book very much and recommend it to you!
In the past few days, I have been feeling very uncomfortable because of some interpersonal relationships, and I have been easily influenced by others. After reading this book, I understand a lot that "it's all the little things that can affect your mood and make you upset." So life is still so long, why should I feel depressed because of some insignificant people and things? (Although I feel that I may not be able to make myself happy all the time like I say now, but I will keep working hard.)
Very good. I found my own shadow.
Very well said and very practical.
Not bad, I agree with most of the views
I found some traces of past events in the book. It's very well written.
