"Memory Palace: The Ultimate Secret to Improving Memory" The memory palace is actually not mysterious. We also use this memory method unconsciously in our daily lives. For example, when we see the blackboard, we think of the problem-solving steps guided by the teacher, and we have already remembered the placement of various products in our minds before we even go to the supermarket. It's just that this ability is not so accurate and the capacity is not large enough when it has not been specifically trained. Those world memory masters seem to have built a palace that is unique to them in their minds. Various memories are stored in different rooms of this palace, and these memories can be retrieved at any time, and they are as clear as before their eyes at any time. So, how to build this palace specifically, and how to greatly improve your memory level through this palace? Open this book "Memory Palace: The Ultimate Secret to Improving Memory" and you will find the answer.

The memory methods mentioned in this book are very interesting! It feels like building a "library" for the brain, storing various memories in categories so that they can be quickly found when needed. However, mechanical memory doesn't seem to be suitable for me. It's easy to get distracted if I repeat it too many times😵. In comparison, I prefer the book "Mind Map", which also talks about improving memory. It is a bit similar to "Memory Palace", but it pays more attention to divergent thinking. There is also Sherlock Holmes in "The Sherlock Holmes". His super memory and logical reasoning ability are really admirable! If only I could be like him😜. What about you, do you have any special memory methods?
