Peerless Gods and Demons

Above the River of Forgetfulness, beneath the mulberry trees, half is light and half is shadow.

With a single thought, one becomes a god. A spear crashes like thunder, sweeping away demons and monsters, protecting all under heaven, and following the righteous path to the Dao.

With a single thought, one becomes a demon. The sword dances in a wild frost, sweeping across the eight directions, making gods and men weep, and ending war through slaughter.

With a single thought, love runs deep. Heroes and beauties stand together, sharing life and moonlit nights, their hearts and souls laid bare to one another.

With a single thought, sorrow takes hold. The world grows corrupt, the heart clings to an obsession, and an unfulfilled wish leads to blades drawn against one another.

Ask what is good and evil, what love is shallow or deep. Only the heart's first intention remains, and that first intention is hardest to come by.

Debate right and wrong, and grudges that refuse to fade. Wherever the heart is set, there lies the formless Great Dao.

I roam the world, with no love greater than this. Having tasted every joy and sorrow, I have no regrets.
